You will be given a blank Deposition Form.

Based on an existing PDB entry

Useful if you are going to submit a structure which is related to a released PDB entry. AutoDep4.1 will fill in as much relevant deposition information from the existing PDB entry as possible. Please bear in mind that there may be very little accessible information in old PDB entries.

Based On Previous Submission

If you have completed a submission with AutoDep4.1, we have saved the information and can preload the new Dep Form from the one previously submitted. You must be very careful to change all items that actually should be different between this submission and the previous one. Please note that submissions completed on AutoDep3.0 or older will not work.

Based on an internal AutoDep Entry

Useful if you have to submit a structure which has been completed internally. You will be required to upload the tarred deposition file.

Based on a complete CCPN Project

Useful if you have to submit an NMR structure which has been completed using CCPN software such as Analysis or FormatConverter. You will be required to upload the tarred and gzipped project folder. This service is currently only compatible with version 2 of the CCPN API. Support for backward compatibility is explained at URL.

If you started a submission during a previous session but did not complete it, you may resume from where you left off.
