Entries refined using REFMAC with TLS parameters must now contain the full B-factor in ATOM/HETATM records, with the TLS contribution coded into ANISOU records (if necessary). You may convert your file using the server http://deposit.rcsb.org/adit/REFMAC.html. Annotation of your entry may be significantly delayed if files are deposited with residual B-factors only.

JavaScript is not available This site uses some JavaScript but it appears that either JavaScript is not available in your browser or you have turned it off. You should still be able to use AutoDep4, but please be aware that certain features of the site, notably the buttons for entering "not applicable", will not function correctly. Since we cannot use JavaScript to detect which browser you are currently using, we cannot be sure that it will work correctly with AutoDep4. Please note that older browsers, such as Netscape Communicator version 4.x and Internet Explorer version 4, do not provide some of the features that are required by AutoDep4. Although you should still be able to use AutoDep4 with these browsers, the appearance and layout of the pages may not be optimal. You may want to upgrade your browser to a more recent version. We develop AutoDep4 using Mozilla and Firefox, but the system has been extensively tested with recent versions of Internet Explorer (version 5 and above), Opera and Konqueror. Other browsers that are based on a recent version of mozilla rendering engine should also work well.
