A note for NMR spectroscopists:

The PDBe and RCSB are collaborating with BioMagResBank (BMRB) and the Collaborative Computing Project for NMR (CCPN) to develop efficient and standardized procedures for depositing and exchanging three-dimensional structural data derived by NMR spectroscopy. Important! As of December 6, 2010, experimentally derived chemical shifts have become mandatory for all NMR depositions. They can be submitted as nmrStar (V3.1) files or as part of valid CCPN projects. Full policy can be found here: PDBe and RCSB will transfer submitted NMR data to BMRB, thus there is no need for depositors to initiate separate submissions to the BMRB.
