HIGH RESOLUTION CRYSTAL STRUCTURE OF A HUMAN TNF-ALPHA MUTANT

The structure was published by Cha, S.S., Kim, J.S., Cho, H.S., et al., Kim, Y.J., Hahn, J.H., and Oh, B.H., in 1998 in a paper entitled "High resolution crystal structure of a human tumor necrosis factor-alpha mutant with low systemic toxicity." (abstract).

This crystal structure was determined using X-ray diffraction at a resolution of 2.5 Å and deposited in 1999.

The experimental data on which the structure is based was also deposited.

This PDB entry contains multiple copies of the structure of PROTEIN (TUMOR NECROSIS FACTOR-ALPHA).
