STRUCTURE OF HYDROLASE (SERINE PROTEINASE)

The structure was published by Finer-Moore, J.S., Kossiakoff, A.A., Hurley, J.H., Earnest, T., and Stroud, R.M., in 1992 in a paper entitled "Solvent structure in crystals of trypsin determined by X-ray and neutron diffraction." (abstract).

This crystal structure was determined using X-ray diffraction at a resolution of 1.34 Å and deposited in 1997.

The experimental data on which the structure is based was not deposited.
