Human Glucokinase in Complex with a Novel Amino Thiazole Allosteric Activator

The structure was published by Hinklin, R.J., Boyd, S.A., Chicarelli, M.J., et al., Voegtli, W.C., Williams, L., and Aicher, T.D., in 2013 in a paper entitled "Identification of a New Class of Glucokinase Activators through Structure-Based Design." (abstract).
