The structure was published by Filipski, K.J., Guzman-Perez, A., Bian, J., et al., Johnson, T.O., Humphries, P.S., and Pfefferkorn, J.A., in 2013 in a paper entitled "Pyrimidone-based series of glucokinase activators with alternative donor-acceptor motif." (abstract).
