Crystal structure of a GNAT superfamily acetyltransferase PA4794 in complex with 4-methylumbelliferyl phosphate

The structure was published by Majorek, K.A., Kuhn, M.L., Chruszcz, M., Anderson, W.F., and Minor, W., in 2013 in a paper entitled "Structural, Functional, and Inhibition Studies of a Gcn5-related N-Acetyltransferase (GNAT) Superfamily Protein PA4794: A NEW C-TERMINAL LYSINE PROTEIN ACETYLTRANSFERASE FROM PSEUDOMONAS AERUGINOSA." (abstract).

This crystal structure was determined using X-ray diffraction at a resolution of 1.3 Å and deposited in 2013.

The experimental data on which the structure is based was also deposited.

The PDB entry contains the structure of Uncharacterized protein. This molecule has the UniProt identifier Q9HV14 (Q9HV14_PSEAE)search. The sample contained 162 residues which is 100% of the natural sequence. Out of 162 residues 158 were observed and are deposited in the PDB.

It also contains one or more heterogenic compounds (e.g., ligands, co-factors, ions, modified amino acids, etc.); see here for a complete list.

The molecule is most likely monomeric.
