The crystal structure of PDE6D in complex with rac-S1
The structure was published by Zimmermann, G., Papke, B., Ismail, S., et al., Wittinghofer, A., Bastiaens, P.I., and Waldmann, H., in 2013 in a paper entitled "Small molecule inhibition of the KRAS PDEd interaction impairs oncogenic KRAS signalling" (abstract).
This crystal structure was determined using X-ray diffraction at a resolution of 1.45 Å and deposited in 2013.
The experimental data on which the structure is based was also deposited.
