Human glucokinase in complex with novel activator (2S)-3-cyclohexyl-2-(6-fluoro-2,4-dioxo-1,4-dihydroquinazolin-3(2H)-yl)-N-(1,3-thiazol-2-yl)propanamide

The structure was published by Cheruvallath, Z.S., Gwaltney, S.L., Sabat, M., et al., Hosfield, D., Lee, B., and Wu, Y., in 2013 in a paper entitled "Design, synthesis and SAR of novel glucokinase activators." (abstract).
