Structure of human carbonic anhydrase II in complex with an adamantyl sulfonamide inhibitor

The structure was published by Biswas, S., Carta, F., Scozzafava, A., McKenna, R., and Supuran, C.T., in 2013 in a paper entitled "Structural effect of phenyl ring compared to thiadiazole based adamantyl-sulfonamides on carbonic anhydrase inhibition." (abstract).

This crystal structure was determined using X-ray diffraction at a resolution of 1.6 Å and deposited in 2013.
