Crystal structure of the ERK5 kinase domain in complex with an MKK5 binding fragment
The structure was published by Glatz, G., Gogl, G., Alexa, A., and Remenyi, A., in 2013 in a paper entitled "Structural mechanism for the specific assembly and activation of the extracellular signal regulated kinase 5 (ERK5) module." (abstract).
This crystal structure was determined using X-ray diffraction at a resolution of 2.6 Å and deposited in 2012.
The experimental data on which the structure is based was also deposited.
