Crystal structure of cIAP1 BIR3 bound to T3256336

The structure was published by Hashimoto, K., Saito, B., Miyamoto, N., et al., Snell, G.P., Imamura, S., and Ishikawa, T., in 2013 in a paper entitled "Design and Synthesis of Potent Inhibitor of Apoptosis (IAP) Proteins Antagonists Bearing an Octahydropyrrolo[1,2-a]pyrazine Scaffold as a Novel Proline Mimetic." (abstract).

This crystal structure was determined using X-ray diffraction at a resolution of 1.752 Å and deposited in 2012.
