Crystal structure of SHP1 catalytic domain with JAK1 activation loop peptide

The structure was published by Alicea-Velazquez, N.L., Jakoncic, J., and Boggon, T.J., in 2013 in a paper entitled "Structure-guided studies of the SHP-1/JAK1 interaction provide new insights into phosphatase catalytic domain substrate recognition." (abstract).

This crystal structure was determined using X-ray diffraction at a resolution of 1.7961 Å and deposited in 2012.

The experimental data on which the structure is based was also deposited.
