Human B-Raf Kinase Domain bound to a Type II Pyrazolopyridine Inhibitor

The structure was published by Wenglowsky, S., Moreno, D., Laird, E.R., et al., Rudolph, J., Sturgis, H.L., and Voegtli, W.C., in 2012 in a paper entitled "Pyrazolopyridine inhibitors of B-Raf(V600E). Part 4: Rational design and kinase selectivity profile of cell potent type II inhibitors." (abstract).

This crystal structure was determined using X-ray diffraction at a resolution of 3.5 Å and deposited in 2012.
