Crystal structure of EGFR kinase in complex with BIBW2992

The structure was published by Solca, F., Dahl, G., Zoephel, A., et al., Himmelsbach, F., Haaksma, E., and Adolf, G.R., in 2012 in a paper entitled "Target Binding Properties and Cellular Activity of Afatinib (BIBW 2992), an Irreversible ErbB Family Blocker." (abstract).

This crystal structure was determined using X-ray diffraction at a resolution of 2.8 Å and deposited in 2012.

The experimental data on which the structure is based was also deposited.
