The structure was published by Liang, S.Y., Dai, J.X., Hou, S., et al., Rao, Z., Guo, Y.J., and Lou, Z.Y., in 2013 in a paper entitled "Structural basis for treating tumor necrosis factor alpha (TNFalpha)-associated diseases with the therapeutic antibody infliximab" (abstract).
This crystal structure was determined using X-ray diffraction at a resolution of 2.6 Å and deposited in 2012.
The experimental data on which the structure is based was also deposited.
