Human topoisomerase iibeta in complex with DNA and ametantrone

The structure was published by Wu, C.C., Li, Y.C., Wang, Y.R., Li, T.K., and Chan, N.L., in 2013 in a paper entitled "On the structural basis and design guidelines for type II topoisomerase-targeting anticancer drugs" (abstract).

This crystal structure was determined using X-ray diffraction at a resolution of 2.696 Å and deposited in 2012.
