Dpo4 polymerase pre-insertion binary complex with the N-(deoxyguanosin-8-yl)-1-aminopyrene lesion

The structure was published by Kirouac, K.N., Basu, A.K., and Ling, H., in 2013 in a paper entitled "Structural mechanism of replication stalling on a bulky amino-polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbon DNA adduct by a y family DNA polymerase." (abstract).

This crystal structure was determined using X-ray diffraction at a resolution of 2.6 Å and deposited in 2012.
