Crystal structure of the designed inhibitor protein F-HB80.4 in complex with the 1918 influenza virus hemagglutinin.

The structure was published by Whitehead, T.A., Chevalier, A., Song, Y., et al., Blair, P., Wilson, I.A., and Baker, D., in 2012 in a paper entitled "Optimization of affinity, specificity and function of designed influenza inhibitors using deep sequencing." (abstract).

This crystal structure was determined using X-ray diffraction at a resolution of 2.704 Å and deposited in 2012.
