The structure was published by Wang, W., Wu, E.Y., Hellinga, H.W., and Beese, L.S., in 2012 in a paper entitled "Structural factors that determine selectivity of a high fidelity DNA polymerase for deoxy-, dideoxy-, and ribonucleotides." (abstract).

This crystal structure was determined using X-ray diffraction at a resolution of 1.69 Å and deposited in 2012.
