Crystal structure of human glucokinase in complex with glucose and activator

The structure was published by Liu, S., Ammirati, M.J., Song, X., et al., Greasley, S.E., Pfefferkorn, J.A., and Qiu, X., in 2012 in a paper entitled "Insights into Mechanism of Glucokinase Activation: OBSERVATION OF MULTIPLE DISTINCT PROTEIN CONFORMATIONS." (abstract).

This crystal structure was determined using X-ray diffraction at a resolution of 2.38 Å and deposited in 2012.
