The structure was published by Micco, M., Collie, G.W., Dale, A.G., et al., Gunaratnam, M., Reszka, A.P., and Neidle, S., in 2013 in a paper entitled "Structure-based design and evaluation of naphthalene diimide g-quadruplex ligands as telomere targeting agents in pancreatic cancer cells." (abstract).
This crystal structure was determined using X-ray diffraction at a resolution of 2.4 Å and deposited in 2012.
The experimental data on which the structure is based was also deposited.
