EGFR Kinase domain T790M/L858R mutant with compound 2

The structure was published by Sogabe, S., Kawakita, Y., Igaki, S., et al., Takagi, S., Ohta, Y., and Ishikawa, T., in 2013 in a paper entitled "Structure-Based Approach for the Discovery of Pyrrolo[3,2-d]pyrimidine-Based EGFR T790M/L858R Mutant Inhibitors" (abstract).

This crystal structure was determined using X-ray diffraction at a resolution of 2.05 Å and deposited in 2012.
