Crystal structure of human carbonic anhydrase II in complex with the 4-sulfamido-benzenesulfonamide inhibitor

The structure was published by D'Ambrosio, K., Smaine, F.Z., Carta, F., De Simone, G., Winum, J.Y., and Supuran, C.T., in 2012 in a paper entitled "Development of potent carbonic anhydrase inhibitors incorporating both sulfonamide and sulfamide groups." (abstract).

This crystal structure was determined using X-ray diffraction at a resolution of 1.5 Å and deposited in 2011.

The experimental data on which the structure is based was also deposited.
