Kinetic and structural studies of thermostabilized mutants of HCA II.

The structure was published by Fisher, Z., Boone, C.D., Biswas, S.M., et al., Agbandje-McKenna, M., Silverman, D., and McKenna, R., in 2012 in a paper entitled "Kinetic and structural characterization of thermostabilized mutants of human carbonic anhydrase II." (abstract).

This crystal structure was determined using X-ray diffraction at a resolution of 2.0 Å and deposited in 2011.
