Crystal structure of the catalytic domain of the heterodimeric human soluble guanylate cyclase 1.

The structure was published by Allerston, C.K., von Delft, F., and Gileadi, O., in 2013 in a paper entitled "Crystal structures of the catalytic domain of human soluble guanylate cyclase." (abstract).

This crystal structure was determined using X-ray diffraction at a resolution of 2.08 Å and deposited in 2011.

The experimental data on which the structure is based was also deposited.
