The structure was published by Edwards, M.J., Hall, A., Shi, L., et al., Butt, J.N., Richardson, D.J., and Clarke, T.A., in 2012 in a paper entitled "The Crystal Structure of the Extracellular 11-heme Cytochrome UndA Reveals a Conserved 10-heme Motif and Defined Binding Site for Soluble Iron Chelates." (abstract).

This crystal structure was determined using X-ray diffraction at a resolution of 2.23 Å and deposited in 2011.
