Crystal structure of the colicin E2 DNase-Im2 complex
The structure was published by Wojdyla, J.A., Fleishman, S.J., Baker, D., and Kleanthous, C., in 2012 in a paper entitled "Structure of the Ultra-High-Affinity Colicin E2 DNase-Im2 Complex." (abstract).
This crystal structure was determined using X-ray diffraction at a resolution of 1.72 Å and deposited in 2011.
The experimental data on which the structure is based was also deposited.
This PDB entry contains a complex of 2 biomacromolecules, namely Colicin-E2 immunity protein and Colicin-E2.
