Structure of the catalytic core of human SAMHD1

The structure was published by Goldstone, D.C., Ennis-Adeniran, V., Hedden, J.J., et al., Crow, Y.J., Taylor, I.A., and Webb, M., in 2011 in a paper entitled "HIV-1 restriction factor SAMHD1 is a deoxynucleoside triphosphate triphosphohydrolase" (abstract).

This crystal structure was determined using X-ray diffraction at a resolution of 3.1 Å and deposited in 2011.

The experimental data on which the structure is based was also deposited.
