Human Carbonic Anhydrase II in complex with Acetylated Carbohydrate Sulfamates

The structure was published by Lopez, M., Vu, H., Wang, C.K., et al., Innocenti, A., Supuran, C.T., and Poulsen, S.A., in 2011 in a paper entitled "Promiscuity of carbonic anhydrase II. Unexpected ester hydrolysis of carbohydrate-based sulfamate inhibitors." (abstract).

This crystal structure was determined using X-ray diffraction at a resolution of 2.4 Å and deposited in 2011.
