Crystal structure of the human carbonic anhydrase II in complex with N-hydroxy benzenesulfonamide

The structure was published by Di Fiore, A., Maresca, A., Alterio, V., Supuran, C.T., and De Simone, G., in 2011 in a paper entitled "Carbonic anhydrase inhibitors: X-ray crystallographic studies for the binding of N-substituted benzenesulfonamides to human isoform II." (abstract).

This crystal structure was determined using X-ray diffraction at a resolution of 1.75 Å and deposited in 2011.

The experimental data on which the structure is based was also deposited.
