The structure was published by Zhu, J., Wen, W., Zheng, Z., et al., Du, Q., Wang, W., and Zhang, M., in 2011 in a paper entitled "LGN/mInsc and LGN/NuMA complex structures suggest distinct functions in asymmetric cell division for the Par3/mInsc/LGN and G[alpha]i/LGN/NuMA pathways" (abstract).
This crystal structure was determined using X-ray diffraction at a resolution of 2.3 Å and deposited in 2011.
