Crystal structure of the Y7I mutant of human carbonic anhydrase II

The structure was published by Mikulski, R., Avvaru, B.S., Tu, C., Case, N., McKenna, R., and Silverman, D.N., in 2011 in a paper entitled "Kinetic and crystallographic studies of the role of tyrosine 7 in the active site of human carbonic anhydrase II." (abstract).

This crystal structure was determined using X-ray diffraction at a resolution of 1.5 Å and deposited in 2011.
