Human carbonic anhydrase II complexed with its inhibitor rhenium(I)triscarbonyl-cyclopentadienyl-carboxy-4-aminomethylbenzene-sulfonamide

The structure was published by Can, D., Spingler, B., Schmutz, P., et al., Santos, I., Supuran, C.T., and Alberto, R., in 2012 in a paper entitled "[(Cp-R)M(CO)(3) ] (M=Re or (99m) Tc) Arylsulfonamide, Arylsulfamide, and Arylsulfamate Conjugates for Selective Targeting of Human Carbonic Anhydrase IX." (abstract).

This crystal structure was determined using X-ray diffraction at a resolution of 1.2 Å and deposited in 2011.
