Crystal structure of the W5F mutant of human carbonic anhydrase II

The structure was published by Mikulski, R., Domsic, J.F., Ling, G., et al., Robbins, A.H., Silverman, D.N., and McKenna, R., in 2011 in a paper entitled "Structure and catalysis by carbonic anhydrase II: role of active-site tryptophan 5." (abstract).

This crystal structure was determined using X-ray diffraction at a resolution of 1.5 Å and deposited in 2011.
