The structure was published by Medina, J.R., Becker, C.J., Blackledge, C.W., et al., Campobasso, N., Ward, P., and Axten, J.M., in 2011 in a paper entitled "Structure-Based Design of Potent and Selective 3-Phosphoinositide-Dependent Kinase-1 (PDK1) Inhibitors." (abstract).

This crystal structure was determined using X-ray diffraction at a resolution of 1.99 Å and deposited in 2011.
