Crystal structure of the ACVR1 kinase domain in complex with LDN-193189

The structure was published by Sanvitale, C.E., Kerr, G., Chaikuad, A., et al., Yu, P.B., Hill, C.S., and Bullock, A.N., in 2013 in a paper entitled "A new class of small molecule inhibitor of BMP signaling." (abstract).

This crystal structure was determined using X-ray diffraction at a resolution of 1.82 Å and deposited in 2010.
