Crystal structure of Activin receptor type-IIA (ACVR2A) kinase domain in complex with dorsomorphin

The structure was published by Horbelt, D., Boergermann, J.H., Chaikuad, A., et al., Timmel, T., Bullock, A.N., and Knaus, P., in 2015 in a paper entitled "Small Molecules Dorsomorphin and LDN-193189 Inhibit Myostatin/GDF8 Signaling and Promote Functional Myoblast Differentiation." (abstract).

This crystal structure was determined using X-ray diffraction at a resolution of 1.96 Å and deposited in 2010.

The experimental data on which the structure is based was also deposited.
