Structure of Janus kinase 2 with a pyrrolotriazine inhibitor

The structure was published by Harikrishnan, L.S., Kamau, M.G., Wan, H., et al., Khan, J., Sack, J.S., and Purandare, A.V., in 2011 in a paper entitled "Pyrrolo[1,2-f]triazines as JAK2 inhibitors: Achieving potency and selectivity for JAK2 over JAK3." (abstract).

This crystal structure was determined using X-ray diffraction at a resolution of 2.5 Å and deposited in 2010.

The experimental data on which the structure is based was also deposited.
