The structure was published by Buckmelter, A.J., Ren, L., Laird, E.R., et al., Vigers, G., Martinson, M., and Callejo, M., in 2011 in a paper entitled "The Discovery of furo[2,3-c]pyridine-based indanone oximes as potent and selective B-Raf inhibitors." (abstract).

This crystal structure was determined using X-ray diffraction at a resolution of 3.4 Å and deposited in 2010.
