Quinazolines with intra-molecular hydrogen bonding scaffold (iMHBS) as PI3K/mTOR dual inhibitors.
The structure was published by Liu, K.K., Huang, X., Bagrodia, S., et al., Zou, A., Xiao, J., and Yan, S., in 2011 in a paper entitled "Quinazolines with intra-molecular hydrogen bonding scaffold (iMHBS) as PI3K/mTOR dual inhibitors." (abstract).
This crystal structure was determined using X-ray diffraction at a resolution of 2.6 Å and deposited in 2010.
The experimental data on which the structure is based was also deposited.
The PDB entry contains the structure of Phosphatidylinositol-4,5-bisphosphate 3-kinase catalytic subunit gamma isoform. This molecule has the UniProt identifier P48736 (PK3CG_HUMAN). The sample contained 966 residues which is < 90% of the natural sequence. Out of 966 residues 837 were observed and are deposited in the PDB.
It also contains one or more heterogenic compounds (e.g., ligands, co-factors, ions, modified amino acids, etc.); see here for a complete list.
The molecule is most likely monomeric.
