PHOTOSYNTHETIC REACTION CENTER FROM RHODOPSEUDOMONAS VIRIDIS (QB-DEPLETED)

The structure was published by Lancaster, C.R. and Michel, H., in 1997 in a paper entitled "The coupling of light-induced electron transfer and proton uptake as derived from crystal structures of reaction centres from Rhodopseudomonas viridis modified at the binding site of the secondary quinone, QB." (abstract).

This crystal structure was determined using X-ray diffraction at a resolution of 2.4 Å and deposited in 1997.

The experimental data on which the structure is based was also deposited.
