Crystal structure of Bcl-xL in complex with the BaxBH3 domain

The structure was published by Czabotar, P.E., Lee, E.F., Thompson, G.V., Wardak, A.Z., Fairlie, W.D., and Colman, P.M., in 2011 in a paper entitled "Mutation to Bax beyond the BH3 domain disrupts interactions with pro-survival proteins and promotes apoptosis" (abstract).

This crystal structure was determined using X-ray diffraction at a resolution of 2.613 Å and deposited in 2010.

The experimental data on which the structure is based was also deposited.
