Crystal structure of perennial ryegrass LpOMT1 complexed with S-adenosyl-L-homocysteine and coniferaldehyde

The structure was published by Louie, G.V., Bowman, M.E., Tu, Y., Mouradov, A., Spangenberg, G., and Noel, J.P., in 2010 in a paper entitled "Structure-Function Analyses of a Caffeic Acid O-Methyltransferase from Perennial Ryegrass Reveal the Molecular Basis for Substrate Preference." (abstract).

This crystal structure was determined using X-ray diffraction at a resolution of 2.25 Å and deposited in 2010.
