Human CK2 catalytic domain in complex with a benzopyridoindole derivative inhibitor
The structure was published by Prudent, R., Moucadel, V., Nguyen, C.H., et al., Filhol, O., Reiser, J.B., and Cochet, C., in 2010 in a paper entitled "Antitumor activity of pyridocarbazole and benzopyridoindole derivatives that inhibit protein kinase CK2." (abstract).
This crystal structure was determined using X-ray diffraction at a resolution of 1.8 Å and deposited in 2010.
