Crystal structure of p38alpha Y323T active mutant

The structure was published by Tzarum, N., Diskin, R., Engelberg, D., and Livnah, O., in 2011 in a paper entitled "Active mutants of the TCR-mediated p38alpha alternative activation site show changes in the phosphorylation lip and DEF site formation." (abstract).

This crystal structure was determined using X-ray diffraction at a resolution of 2.682 Å and deposited in 2010.

The experimental data on which the structure is based was also deposited.
