Non-phosphorylated TYK2 kinase with CMP6

The structure was published by Tsui, V., Gibbons, P., Ultsch, M., et al., Magnuson, S., Liang, J., and Eigenbrot, C., in 2011 in a paper entitled "A new regulatory switch in a JAK protein kinase." (abstract).

This crystal structure was determined using X-ray diffraction at a resolution of 2.0 Å and deposited in 2010.
