Rat COMT in complex with a fluorinated desoxyribose-containing bisubstrate inhibitor avoids hydroxyl group
The structure was published by Ellermann, M., Lerner, C., Burgy, G., et al., Stihle, M., Diederich, F., and Rudolph, M.G., in 2012 in a paper entitled "Catechol-O-methyltransferase in complex with substituted 3'-deoxyribose bisubstrate inhibitors" (abstract).
This crystal structure was determined using X-ray diffraction at a resolution of 1.3 Å and deposited in 2010.
The experimental data on which the structure is based was also deposited.
