The structure was published by Sampognaro, A.J., Wittman, M.D., Carboni, J.M., et al., Hurlburt, W.W., Sack, J.S., and Vyas, D.M., in 2010 in a paper entitled "Proline isosteres in a series of 2,4-disubstituted pyrrolo[1,2-f][1,2,4]triazine inhibitors of IGF-1R kinase and IR kinase." (abstract).

This crystal structure was determined using X-ray diffraction at a resolution of 2.11 Å and deposited in 2010.
